What 2ic guarantees

Nothing is sent without your approval.
Sending is switched on per channel, and every channel starts off. Until you switch Microsoft 365 email on, Approve records your decision and nothing leaves. A draft saved to your Outlook Drafts folder is never sent by 2ic.

2ic never sends a chase.
When someone owes you something late, 2ic can draft the nudge. It never sends it: you copy it and send it yourself, or reject it.

WhatsApp is read only.
2ic reads WhatsApp for Windows on your own PC, through a setting you switch on. It has no way to send a WhatsApp message.

People you block are never stored.
Privacy is set per person and per domain. Blocked data is never stored, data marked visible only never reaches a prompt, and a forget request clears it. What is stored is encrypted on your PC.

An empty queue has to prove it.
The queue only calls itself empty when it can prove it read the conversations. A Sources board says which sources are fresh and which are behind.

2ic runs every day at IAMX, the company that makes it. Putting it in front of other small and medium businesses is the next step, and the waitlist is how to be part of it.
A Windows PC. It reads Microsoft 365 mail and calendar, OneNote, WhatsApp for Windows on the same PC, and the notes a meeting recorder exports. 2ic does not record meetings itself.
Only what you approve, and only on a channel you have switched on. Every channel starts off. The one channel 2ic can send on is Microsoft 365 email. WhatsApp is never a sending channel, and a chase is never sent.
The store is encrypted on your PC, and a nightly encrypted backup goes to your OneDrive. To draft and to answer, 2ic sends the text it needs to Claude, by Anthropic. Jim's voice uses Microsoft Azure Speech when it is set up, and a voice on the PC otherwise; listening runs on the PC.
- Today. One screen built from counts, never from a model, with the risks raised today.
- The brief. How many things are due from you, who owes you something late, what waits for approval, your next meeting and the day's risks. Jim reads it out when you press Brief me.
- To do. What you owe, kept apart from what is owed to you.
- Deals. A pipeline with stages and signals that never adds up deal values.
- Before each meeting. A brief on who is in it, the context, what is owed and the ask.
- Calendar. 2ic may move your own events. Anything that would notify another person is refused and recorded, never sent.
- Ask. Questions in plain words over your own data.
- Light and dark. Both themes.
Yes, after Jim reads it back, and only on an exact "yes", "approve" or "confirm". Anything else, a question included, cancels it.
